Hexagon Kaleidoscope Quilt Block video
Making a hexagon block is pretty easy to do. But creating the kaleidoscope effect takes time and patience! I use Tula Pink fabrics to explore the quilt block and create some interesting designs.
Log Cabin Block Exploration video
Log Cabin block is surprisingly fun to play with, trying different colors and widths of fabric strips. This video gives me my first "embrace the oops" moment.

Family and friends give me clothing, ties, and decorator samples so that I can repurpose the fabric. It's fun to dig through the gift bags and boxes to see what treasures they hold.
