Cooking My Way Out of Social Media

I have been on social media for nearly two decades. It's been an outlet for my humor and writing. It has kept me in touch with people from different parts of my life and different parts of the country. I have promoted my videos and raised money for causes.


But I've realized, very sadly, that it is time for me leave.


How will I ease myself out? Remember all those recipes that you (I mean me, of course) saved on Instagram but never went back to? Well, I'm going back for mine. And I'm going to prepare them and share them with people in my life, in my community, in person.

I started with this recipe, Roasted Cherry Tomatoes with Beans (super garlicky yum!), and it was lunch for friends I'm making a film with.



And then I made this one, Honey Whipped Feta with Garlic Herb Roasted Olives (the whipped feta is not pictured here but it was excellent!), and took it to an Oscar's party.



How long will this project last? I don't know but I have a whole spreadsheet of recipes to choose from!
